Eligibility and acceptance

FootyPools is for people age 13 and older.

By creating an account, joining a pool, or using a private invite, you confirm that you are at least 13 and agree to follow these terms and the pool rules shown before the draft begins. Do not use another person’s account or misrepresent your identity.

Free-to-play service

No entry fees, prizes, or betting.

FootyPools does not collect, hold, advertise, or distribute entry fees or prizes. It does not provide wagering, odds-taking, or sportsbook services, and it publishes no betting odds. Any private arrangement made away from FootyPools is independent, unsupported, and not administered by the platform.

Accounts and conduct

Protect access and keep pools respectful.

You are responsible for your account, your nickname, and your private invite links. Do not share sign-in or invite links publicly; scrape or disrupt the service; automate picks outside supported features; impersonate others; harass players; or publish illegal, deceptive, prize-related, or abusive content.

Organisers may manage their own pool settings before the draft locks. FootyPools may remove content, restrict an account, close a pool, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed for security, safety, legal compliance, or rule enforcement.

Results and availability

Published results decide; corrections are recorded.

Scores come from the competition’s published record by way of an independent results provider, and the final league table is taken as published rather than recomputed. FootyPools may correct fixture or result data, scoring errors, or clearly invalid pool records, and will keep a record of material corrections. Service availability is not guaranteed; a failed or incomplete draft is marked unfinished and does not enter standings rather than being silently completed.

Names and affiliation

Independent product, not a competition service.

FootyPools is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or administered by UEFA, any club, any national association, any broadcaster, or any data provider. The Champions League 2026/27 and club names are used only to identify factual subjects. No competition emblem, no image of the competition trophy, and no club crest or badge is used anywhere on this site: clubs are shown as plain text marks and names.
